Instructions to provide Hair sample
Please use a clean scissors and cut 4 to 10 strands of hair for the person being treated
Make sure there is no adulteration with other people’s hair
Place in a clean white paper and fold
Place this in a envelope and seal
write the name of person and dob on the envelope
Mail it to my address or drop off in the mailbox labeled PatelHomeopath
